How to Install Motorcycle Wiring Harness Electrical Connectors
In this video we show you how to install Japanese motorcycle bullet connectors as well as other types of electrical connectors common to vintage Honda CB350, CB360, CB450, CB550 and CB750 wiring harness. A quick review of the various tools and supplies that we use leads us into the proper repair procedures: wire stripping, soldering, crimping, heat-shrinking. These are necessary techniques to properly fix and modify any motorcycle wiring harness.

We have also put together an electrical connector and repair kit with all the right terminals and wire needed to make the job easy.

  1. Is there great difference in the quality of the terminal / connectors? How important is it on a Honda to use the bullet-type terminals vs auto type that are soldered well as you do here?
