  1. Looks to me like you didn’t use an ABS bearing in the left side of the front wheel. The ABS bearing is deeper than the non abs bearing, it’s also a different color not that shinny metal. Kinda hard to see from the angle of the video but it looks like both bearing have that metal look. The spacer for non abs is wider than the abs sensor. If you did not use an abs bearing you will get abs codes. Hope this helps

  2. Great vids, I've become a subscriber. One thing that bothers me is that I don't see a service manual anywhere, I know that super Dave is a master tech, but just saying…

  3. As far as the wheels the left wheel bearing needs to be installed first. That’s how you set the off set for the spacing. Then install the axle sleeve and the other bearing. Bike looks good keep up the good work.

  4. Bike is going to look great. Hopefully you see a major improvement with your legends suspension. Didn't see much with mine, but since their a sponser you'll probably lov'em.

  5. Nice work bro! I would like to offer you a suggestion. I have a 16 road glide ultra with a removable tour pack. (Vivid black). I put 3M protectant bra on my front fender about 3 inches and on the forks to protect against rock chips. The most important is on the rear fender where you put the screw in the holder seat. When you take the tour pack on and off, the wires tend to touch that part, and it gets light scratches. I know that you can buy kits but I just cut my own that I bought off of Amazon. About 25 bucks. Also did around the tank where your legs touch.
Sadly I sold the bike the other day and bought a 19 road glide special in scorched orange with a removable tour pack. Looks like I got to do it all over again. Lol

Looking good can’t wait to see the finished product.

  6. The surface where the rotor meets the wheel should be bare and not have powder on it. Since the surface is now uneven due to the powder you risk the chance of the rotor screws coming loose over time. This is what my local coater told me when I had my wheels powdered and asked why he masked them off

  7. Great job can’t wait to see the finished product! I was so happy when I saw your legend front suspension I’m running the same thing you’ll love it hopefully you’ve got something coming for the rear from legend too? My choice is air with a compressor, jus sayn!
